Standard Digitization is for when you have an existing image/logo. AI Design is for creating a brand new design from a text description. Both result in professional, high-quality embroidery files.

We support all major embroidery formats including DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX and more. You can select the specific format you need for your machine during the digitization process.

Yes! Whether you use an industrial Tajima or Barudan, or a home machine like Brother or Janome, our files are compatible. DST is the universal standard that works on almost all machines.

Every download includes a detailed PDF worksheet with stitch counts, color sequences, thread codes, and design dimensions to guide your production process.

We use a transparent pay-per-design model. Standard digitization is $6.95 per design, and AI Design Generation is $2.95. No recurring subscriptions are required.

Yes, every design created through our AI generation comes with a full commercial license. For products purchased from the Design Shop, please refer to our standard shop licensing terms.

For a one-time $5.95 add-on, your design is pinned to your personal library permanently. This allows you to come back anytime to edit text, swap colors, or download the file again without paying the full price.
